Absolutely in love with this place.. Amazing food.. Warm and friendly people. A must visit..

I truly enjoyed our dinner here. It was a Sunday at 5pm so was quiet and pretty empty. The food was delicious! Chicken pad tai was well made and enough portion. The amount of sauce was perfect and you can actually see the pieces of chicken unlike other restaurants I visited in the past. The red curry Duck was amazing!! The crispy duck was a generous dish with plenty of veggies and enough spicy touch! Wish it has a bit more sauce but was great regardless. I wish the staff was a bit more friendly and customer oriented. They can be cold and a bit detached from customer. The sticky rice and mango was ok not like I remember. Will definitely return.

The food was good and the staff is great as well. Wasn’t satisfied with the Thai Iced Tea.

The restaurant is located in the Shoprite supermarket. I like it very much. the soup was very tasty-tom Yum was my favorite. You can also ask them not to put too much salt so it taste very good. The pad tai is very tasty too. Will go again.

I’ve been ordering from the veg menu for almost 4 years now, and they haven’t disappointed me even once with the quality & quantity of food. So good, a must visit! 😊

Typical family run establishment with Americanized Thai food. No surprises with prises one click more than they should be. Service is good, fast and attentive.

Very neat and accessible spot. They serve big meals and for affordable rates. I enjoyed the meals very much and the waiters were very friendly and chatty. Recommended.

Thai Basil is nice place. The waitress are very polite. We ordered food and it came quickly. I recommend Thai Basil for everyone.

Great value and service for the price. The server (don’t know her name) is generous and polite. She’s definitely someone who grows on you, and take the time to answer questions. The menu is staple, and the flavour is rich. Tried Pad Thai, the Green and Red Curries, and loved them. The appetizer calamari could be a bigger serving for the price. BYOB. Haven’t tried any desserts yet. The lunch deal is worth dropping in for.

The service was friendly and fast. I enjoyed my ginger vegetarian dish.

Excellent Thai food with good service

I have been here twice and I just love the soup they have with lemongrass and coconut milk. It is delicious. The texture of the delicate vegetables is just lovely.My friends get the noodle dishes and they say they are delicious. Thai Basil is by far my favorite local thai restaurant. The food is authentic and they have plenty of vegan options! An entire vegan menu in fact. The interior is very adorably decorated and it's impeccably clean. All of the staff is incredibly sweet and helpful and the service is super fast. Definitely check this place out!

Excellent customer service. Even with heavy crowd the waiter paid exceptional attention to each table. They also go a step beyond by making Jain food in a different tawa and make sure that it doesn’t get mixed up with other foods. Highly recommend it.

I have ordered out from this restaurant a few times. They have very good thai food. They are quick and their portions are large. Their papaya salad is great and their noodle and curry dishes are also very good. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. It's a small place but the seating is nice. It is my go to place when I am in the mood for Thai food.

Pretty mild environment to enjoy your orders. The flavor of their Thai cuisine is also mild. This is totally different from the other Thai Restaurant I had. Most often I have sour, sweet, spicy strongly mixed with Thai food... They got mild flavor... Service was good... Staffs were friendly... Quite a peaceful eating stop.... Yes, they offer a pretty good selection of vegetarian food....

Authentic Thai cuisine, tasty and spicy, good service, friendly staff

Love, love, love this place! Food is great and they aren't afraid to make the stuff extra extra spicy! Your throat will literally feel hot for an hour after. Remember though, it's cash only!

They have absulutly amazing foods there. My family and I go there for many holidays and celebrations. Thai Basil is basiclly part of my life now. There foods are very amazing they serve free salads on week days. I recommend this place

At first my son was not too crazy about going to a new place, but I told him you should try new things. And you know what he said? "I love this food!!!"

Just started going to Thai Basil, this place is amazing... Great staff, Excellent Thai cuisine. Appears to be family-owned, very nice folks. I tried the Pad Thai, fried rice with pineapple, and general tso chicken. The Pad thai is the best I've ever had, the friend Rice is very good, and the gt chicken was uniquely made and tasted great! Their peanut sause salad dressing is fantastic. Going to try everything here... check this place out!!

The food is very good. I enjoy spicey food but their hottest food is not quite at the level I like. Regardless, the food is high quality, the restaurant itself is neat and clean, and they offer take out which is a plus. The service can be slow at times, especially around the lunch crowd. Fairly inexpensive as good Thai food goes. Overall a good place to eat.

Yesterday was the first time we went to this good restaurant. But It is obviously not the last. We had a good time with the efficient service, with the high quality cuisine and wine and with the honest price. We will surely go back there again.

Good food, nice ambiance!

We ordered Thai red curry, green curry and lo mein. All were very good. They asked for the spice level while placing order. Taste and quantity of food was good too. service was also fine.

Ordered the sesame chicken and shrimp drunken noodles. Didn’t care for the sesame chicken sauce, but my bf loved it. The drunken noodles were really good. I typically order that on a regular basis and their spring rolls. The staff is extremely friendly, the restaurant itself is clean, and every time I order my food is always hot and fresh tasting. They also are very flexible when it comes to adding/subtracting ingredients to your dishes which is great if you’re a picky eater. Overall it’s a great local Thai restaurant!

My first visit. Really good food. Really good experience. I did take away. The green curry was very well made. And the papaya salad was excellent, not too salty or sweet or tangy, just really well balanced. I am going to be back!

Average tasting Pad Thai and Basil Fried rice. Ordered medium spicy level but got mild food, it’s very bland. Food didn’t taste as good as it looked. Disappointed!
